Q: Are your services REALLY free?
A: Yes, my services are FREE. When you book a trip with me, I will get paid by the supplier of your trip. So if you book a cruise with X Cruises, X Cruises pays me.
Q: Is it going to be more expensive to book through you?
A: No. Travel agents still get great access to great rates and extras. If you can find the same exact itinerary for less elsewhere, I may be able to price match. You have nothing to lose!
Q: What services do you provide?
A: I will help you plan, book, and manage your vacation!
Would you like champagne waiting in your room? I can order that for you!
Q: Can you book my flight?
A: I can book your flight if it is part of a package. I do not book "flight only" itineraries.
Q: How can I trust you with my money?
A: I will NEVER directly handle your money. I book directly with legitimate industry suppliers. You'll never see a charge on your card from "Travel Story Vacations", you'll see the name of an established travel supplier.
Q: I love to plan my own trips. Can I book with you but do all the planning myself?
A: Definitely! I love planning too so I get it! Book with me and I can do as little or as much as you'd like. You'll get the benefit of having me as a resource in case any issues should arise.
Q: Why should I use a travel agent?
A: I am here to help you navigate the travel world and advocate on your behalf. My goal is to help save you valuable time and money and take the stress out of planning your amazing vacation!
